The crash, at Hardscrabble Road (Exit 8) in North Salem, was reported just before 8 a.m. and is causing stop-and-go delays to I-84 (Exit 9).

Delays of 20 minutes were reported.

An earlier crash on westbound I-84 blocked the left lane at Route 52 (Exit 12), with traffic backed up to Lime Kiln Road (Exit 15).
