Katherine, this is in the hamlet of Purdys and one of eight North Salem Landmarks in Purdys. It is located at 8 Main Street. Our HPC is considering creating North Salem's first Historic District in Purdys. View Comment

Warren, as usual, is 100% correct. Every little bit helps. Thanks for eveything you do Warren (published and anonymously). As far as prevailing wages go, they may derail our new town hall and it has already seriously impacted our trash and recyclables process. Our pick up price may increase by as much as 40%.
