Hygrade Market In Croton Falls Is Getting A Name Change, New Format

CROTON FALLS, N.Y. -- Hygrade Market in Croton Falls will be known by a new name starting on Monday, Aug. 25, according to an announcement from the store that was posted on its Facebook page and at the premises.

The new name, Gordon's DeliCafé, comes as other changes are being made to the business, which according to the announcement has been around for 20 years.

Among the updates mentioned are a new chef and changes to catering, menu items and delivery. There will also be social media coupons and and ordering by text message.

The announcement describes a change in business's format, which has been a "market/convenience store/deli" and will switch to a "deli/café."

The store is at 10 Front St., which is across from the Croton Falls train station.
