League Of Women Voters Address Albany Corruption At Meeting

BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The League of Women Voters of North East Westchester hosted State Assemblyman David Buchwald for a discussion on corruption and ethics reform at a luncheon on Monday, June 13.

Buchwald has introduced a bill to take state pensions away from convicted legislators and discussed the reforms and legislative routes needed in Albany to make it happen. 

The luncheon took place at Mount Kisco's La Camelia Restaurant. 

The League of Women Voters of North East Westchester covers Bedford, Mount Kisco, Pound Ridge, Lewisboro and North Salem.
