Somers Lions Club Holds Third Annual Blood Drive

SOMERS, N.Y. -- The Somers Lions Club will host its third annual blood drive on Saturday in Somers Middle School's cafeteria.

Cold temperatures, snowfall and holidays mean blood donations are down, according to a release from New York Blood Center. Help replenish the blood supply during this critical time.

The blood drive will be from 9:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome. Those who have eligibility questions can call 1-800-688-0900.

Somers Middle School is at 250 Route 202, Somers.
