Man, 25, Charged With Burglarizing Southeast Home, Assaulting Owner

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- New York State Police from the Brewster barracks charged a man on Monday, Sept. 22 with burglarizing a Southeast home, officials said.

Anthony Magliocco, 25, of Sandy Hook, Conn., allegedly entered the home of a family member on Aug. 28 and assaulted the home owner, police said.

Magliocco was arraigned before the Town of Southeast Justice Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to re-appear in Southeast Court on Nov. 20, police said.
