The crash took place around 2:16 p.m. on Titicus Road (Route 116) in the area of Wallace Road, Howley said.

Howley said the snow caused the driver to slid over the double-yellow line, crashing into another vehicle. Two people were transported to local hospitals with non-life threatening injuries, he added.
