Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Just before 3:10 p.m. on Friday, April 19 officers responded to a residence in Riverside after receiving a 911 call reporting a man was assaulting another man with machete, according to Southampton Town Police Detective Sgt. Freeport Man Worked As Dentist Without License, Police Say A Long Island man has been accused of working as a dentist despite not having a license. Nassau County Police say detectives determined Jose L. Rodriguez Delacruz, age 53,  worked out of a second-floor office in Freeport located on West Sunrise Highway. After conducting an investigation, it was discovered he was practicing as an unlicensed dentist and was placed under arrest without incident. Bullet Strikes Man In Wallet In Broad Daylight At Coram Residence Police are investigating an incident in which a man was shot in his wallet at a residence on Long Island. The incident happened at around 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, April 17, in Coram.
