Triscuit Is The SPCA Of Westchester's Pet Of The Week BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- A bulldog mix who thinks she's a lap dog has been named the SPCA of Westchester's Pet of the Week. Triscuit, who is described as a "sweet mush of a dog," became popular with the animal shelter's staff almost as quickly as she came in, according to a statement from the SPCA, which said she has a "gentle nature and outgoing personality."
